The following could be the reasons;
  1. The card you are trying to use is not VISA, Mastercard or Amex, or has not been registered yet
  2. There is an error in the input contents (please enter in single-byte alphanumeric characters)
  3. You are using a browser other than Chrome
  4. The card company you are using has restrictions on sending money overseas. (It is necessary to contact the card company to cancel the restrictions on overseas use.)
  5. A deposit request exceeds the card limit. (Please check with your credit card company for the maximum amount.)
  6. You've tried the procedure multiple times in a short period of time (it may take some time to stop at the credit card company)
  7. If you use a debit card and the balance is exceeded

Yes. If you wish to deposit with a credit card, you need to register the card image with Shufti (the automatic authentication system) in advance from the Client Cabinet.

If your PC doesn't have a camera and you are not able to use automatic authentication, you can also email your credit card ID selfie (selfie with the credit card in your hand) to the support team.

* For security reasons, please hide the first 12 digits of the card number when taking an ID Selfie.

The refunding process is the same as a credit card, but in the case of a debit card, it will be immediately deducted from the account when used, so the refund amount will not be offset from the payment amount of the next month and will be linked to the card as it is It will be refunded to your bank account.

Even if you cancel or renew the credit / debit card used at the time of deposit, you can still withdraw to the deposit source card based on the information stored at the card company. Under the normal circumstance, we should be able to deposit your funds to the bank account that you have designated as the withdrawal account, but it could differ by each card company, so please check with your card company for details.

No, there is no charge for deposit / withdrawal with a credit (debit) card. For other withdrawals, please refer here.

If you hold open positions, you cannot transfer funds when the transfer amount is 90% or more of the effective margin. Please review the amount and try again.
